The Indian Recording Arts Academy Awards (IRAA) which is now in its 18th consecutive year, is happy to announce that 2024 IRAA awards, supported by GENELEC once again, will open nominations on 15th July 2024. Songs / Films / Albums released between 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023 will be eligible to be nominated.

With 78 award categories, the IRAA Awards acknowledges and celebrates technical genius and mastery in the field of sound recording, mixing, mastering, music production and postproduction since its inception in 2006. The IRAA Awards has introduced a New Category called "Immersive Music Mixing" in the Independent Music Category.

Along with Dr. Pramod Chandorkar, the IRAA Awards 2024 boasts of a 13-member Jury, consisting of esteemed audio engineers, music producers and arrangers, such as Ashish Saksena, Donal Whelan, Indrajit Sharma, Jim Satya, Mujeeb Dadarkar, Raag Sethi, Shantanu Hudlikar, S Sivakumar, Sreejesh Nair, Subhash Sahoo, Vijay Benegal and Yogesh Pradhan.
