About the IRAA Awards
Since 2006, the Indian Recording Arts Academy Awards (IRAA) have honoured excellence in the craft of recording, mixing, and music production across India’s film, television, and independent music industries. As the country’s only process-driven awards dedicated to the technical and creative achievements behind the music, IRAA celebrates the engineers, producers, and visionaries who bring sound to life.
More than an awards ceremony, IRAA represents a movement to recognise recording arts as a true art form, one that values innovation, integrity, and mastery of sound.

How to nominate for IRAA Awards
Submitting your work for the IRAA Awards is simple and entirely online. Eligible soundtracks, albums, films, and web series released between January and December 2026 can be nominated across multiple categories.
Nominees are encouraged to review the entry instructions carefully, complete the registration form, and upload the required materials in the specified formats. All entries, once submitted, are final and non-withdrawable, with payment obligations remaining mandatory for all submitted entries.
Each entry is reviewed by a distinguished panel of industry experts.

Entry guidelines and rules
All entries must comply with the official IRAA eligibility criteria and submission rules. Each nomination must be submitted by an authorised representative and accompanied by the applicable entry fee.
The IRAA Jury reserves the right to review, reclassify, or disqualify entries that do not meet the submission requirements. Participation in the Awards implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Before submitting, please ensure that all information and uploaded files meet the stated specifications.
